Pizzeria Pizza Italiana - Melitopol'

My wife and I were driving through Melitopol and it was necessary to pass the time for 4 hours and the choice fell on Italyan's pizzeria. What I would like to note. 1. We ordered pizza and beer we didn’t eat pizza worse, the fillings are not enough, the dough is overdried, some garbage was present in the beer either they don’t wash the glasses or they don’t clean the keg unit . 2. The service staff does its job poorly and is rude to customers. At our request to switch the channel to TV from sports, they told us that they don’t switch anything, they all watch only sports. The waitress, all working, was in the headphones and didn’t hear us, after she turned off the air conditioner it was +40 on the street and there was a room besides us 8 more people I asked why the air conditioner was turned off? she replied that she was cold and would not turn it on so as not to get sick. 3. Заказали пиццу и пиво пиццу хуже мы не ели,начинки мало, тесто пересушенное, в пиве присутствовал какой то мусор либо бокалы не моют,либо кеговую установку не чистят . 2.Обслуживающий персонал свою работу делает плохо и хамит клиентам. На нашу просьбу переключить канал на TV со спорта, на музыкальный нам ответили что ничего они не переключают все смотрят только спорт.Официантка все рабочее сидела в наушниках и нас не слышала,после выключила кондиционер на улице было +40 и помимо нас в зале находилось еще 8 человек я спросил зачем кондиционер выключили? она ответила,что замерзла и включать не будет,чтоб не заболеть. 3. Почему этот отзыв написан здесь это то, что их книга отзывов и предложений не пронумерована, не имеет печати и плохие отзывы из нее просто вырываются. Просьба руководству пиццерии принять во внимание данный отзыв и предпринять меры . 06.08.2016.
