Taco Bell - Melissa

I had an amazing drive-thru experience at this location tonight! I don't know if Taco Bell is making changes, but the young woman working the drive-thru tonight (10/27/23) was fantastic! She was super friendly and my order was perfect! They should definitely keep her around because I would definitely come back more often if she's there. Service: Take out, Meal type: Dinner.

I waited for 45 minutes for the staff to send someone on break to fix the problem. My overall experience was poor. The service, atmosphere, and food were all rated 1 out of 5. The price per person for dinner was $20-30.

It seems like they don't answer their drive-thru, as this is the second time I've had to leave without being served.

They screwed up our order. Gave me someone else's. Different choices and one less meal than I paid for. I was in a hurry to get somewhere, couldn't go back. Follow-Up: Taco Bell's PR dept posted a reply and gave me a generic corporate without a customer service option. Their response was a PR stunt devoid of good will. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
