Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store - Melissa

I wish I could rate them per item. If I could I would give them a 5 for ice cream as it is really really good! I would give them a 3 for burgers and fries .. they are not bad, though I don't understand why people put shredded lettuces on burgers instead of leafs. And if it was for breakfast I personally would give them a 1 or 2. I tried them today for breakfast. To be fair I don't know their breakfast menu and rather than figure it out I asked for 3 bacon egg and cheese burrito while confirming it would only have those thee items in it. What I received did have only bacon egg and cheese but the cheese to my surprise must have been pepper jack cheese or something cause this thing was spicy (I don't do spicy) and I could not eat it. Before I tried it though I took the attached picture and observed just how little egg there was in it... these things are really thin... Update: every time I go there now threw the drive threw they have me pull forward rather than wait at window for my food. When when there are no cars behind me. You can see from the picture the black on the nearly new concrete where kitchen workers walk food out so often. They do this because the system keeps track of how long cars sit and wait at the window however the cost in time to walk all those orders out the door no doubt masks the staff have to rush even more than they otherwise would.

I enjoy a Braum's chocolate malt as a treat every so often. Delicious! The drive-thru attendant was courteous and well-spoken, traits we certainly appreciate and acknowledge. Kudos!

This has to be the worst place for burgers. First time at Braums. My burger had a soggy bun. The patty tasted like pure salt. I bit into it and had to spit it out because it tasted like I dumped a bunch of salt in my mouth. I called back to just get a refund for the burger which seems like a simple thing to do over the phone but I guess they couldn?t do that. Not even worth a drive back. Horrible experience. Terrible service.

Of course great ice cream but the drive through window outside is filthy dirty on the window and the concrete, please clean this beautiful new store! Never seen a Braums look this way. Makes our little wonderful town look awful!! Clean up or close down please!

It's hard to go wrong with Braum's menu, but the staff here is particularly friendly and helpful! They are always very kind to my family and we always enjoy this as a treat! ????
