Mission Bbq - Melby

Last few times I've gone the meat is to salty. Please lower the salt amouny!

I really enjoy the BBQ at Mission and all the different types to sample at the table- including the elusive Carolina style “pig pickin” vinegar. The meat is down right, the pulled pork tender and I have come to love their jalepeno and cheddar sausages. It can be a little bit pricey if you get the 2 meats and a side $16) but honestly with inflation and the amount of food you get- it’s still a solid deal in my mind. I also appreciate them honoring our public defenders and military- gives the place a nice vibe.

I’m not sure I’ve ever had better Brisket and I smoke a pretty good Brisket myself. Service was great and I’ve had the great good fortune to be waited on by Amber two visits in a row. She is very thoughtful and attentive. I won’t be going anywhere else for Barbecue.

Great food. We love Mission BBQ and the support they give to the troops and first responders. We only wish there was more places that publicly showed the same amount of support.
