First, drive through, order, get drink, asked to wait.11 cars passed and the one pulled up behind me left about 5 minutes before we got our order. The order: double cheeseburgerA small meal, no pickles, no onions. That’s all. Anyway, get home 2 minutes later, everything is cold. Not even lukewarm but cold. Chips were half of what there should have been and the burger had onions scraped off, with half the cheese, and 7 pickles. Someone’s idea of a joke? The girl that bought it to us basically through it through the window and the bag was scrunched and torn. No pride in their work. Whatever they choose to do as a real job, is going to turn to garbage as soon as these incompetent randy children start a real job. Useless and will not be going back to this McDonalds again. I’ll drive 3 kms further for better service and get what I ordered and it’ll be HOT. FRESHLY COOKED. Not just leftover dog food. Disgraceful. Oh, and start putting customers before Uber, menulog etc. Make those wait. We’ve always been the customer, not the others, so get your priorities right.

I would not recommend this maccas to everyone, better drive away on the road. at several places I visited after the night shift, as it is my native on the way home, then wait for 20 minutes when the whole joints are empty, then a wrong meal is given, this has happened several times now. tonight they were updated there system for several hours, as they are still illuminated all the time with the entire system as if they are open, but when they drive through the autobahn, they are said to take orders for 15/20 minutes with a baptism of things, I could not even understand the employees sayating. working in hospitality for over 5 years, it is really not hard to have good customer service, I trained juniors and new employees, and would help them so that they have no inconvenience. if they pay for a meal or service, a person is entitled to receive what they order.
