Umami Restaurant And Sushi Bar

The food was amazing. I guess I'll pick up again. The hostess was very rude and did not welcome us at all. Out waitress was pretty good, so the experience was saved for us. But man... that sushi should die for.

I can't be happier here! Super friendly staff, small intimate seating, AMAZING food, great menu selection, perfect portion sizes. The best soup I've ever had! Seriously. The Bento Box is the perfect size for lunch and has many options to choose from. The sushi rolls are perfectly prepared and I have never been disappointed by their selection. I love coming here. The best sushi I had in Florida.

Another place where the food corresponds to its name? But the servers? Wife and I went to her birthday dinner on Monday night 7 and sat right away. We have their right to 5 o'clock when they open and are so glad that we did because within 5-15 minutes of ordering our appetizers they are on the table in a slightly staggered fashion. I have the umami mushrooms (which came out within 5 minutes) and she got the tuna tatake (which has made a beautiful tuna rose on the plate! And came out within 15 minutes). We ended with 3 special roles: the rainbow, the Heisenberg and the Boba wing. It tasted everything as if the fish were caught at lunch it was the fresh tasting! If you are not as raw the boba armchair comes with a delicious baked scalop and crushed crabs. The heisenberg was a tasteful mouthful and not too sweet, although mango salsa on it! Total amazing food! Our only complaint was the server, Renee, who, in her attempt to be very attentive, was somewhat unnoticed, because while we were there, she leaned against the wall in the dining room through the sushi bar, staring at her tables, which made us uncomfortable as we tried to have a romantic dinner.

Best Sushi in Brevard! Always incredible! I was here about 4 times, and I'm impressed every time. This time we tried their desserts, and they were so good. Green tea cheesecake was one of the most delicious cheesecake I had in a while. Also we had a few sushi and sashimi dishes, pork gyoza, ceviche, carpaccio, a role, and the dessert articles. I would recommend everything. We try new things every time, and we need to find something else we didn't love.

Whenever I come to Melbourne, I make it a point to eat at Umami. They have a wide variety of fresh sushi with a specials board near the sushi bar. The day I was there, they had uni and 2 types of blue fin tuna. I love the double spicy tuna and Vegeta rolls. The menu is amazing, the service fast, and the food is delicious! ????
