Have birthday for my daughter and have a cheese bowl and two chocolate bowls. everyone enjoyed and eat. brian m was our server and she was excellent, I would recommend to ask her when they go.

Our food was delicious. we enjoyed the four cursor days at night fondue. our server dallas kayla are fabulous. many thanks for making a birthday extra special!

It’s good and the service was some of the best I’ve had but it is quite expensive.

My sister’s birthday. The staff was over tasked. We got our drinks sporadically within an hour, my friend’s bottled beverage still had the cap on, and we had to use the table to remove the cap. I didn’t receive my drink for over an hour and my sister had to get up and go to the bar and ask for it, it wasn’t even correct when it arrived. We sat there for over 3 hours, which is fine to an extent, but keep the drinks coming at least. The restaurant was a mess all up and down the isles, which is what it is, I’m more concerned about the fact that we didn’t receive stellar attendance/attention commiserate to the amount of money we spent. I calculated that our waitress received about $90 in tips from our table, and honestly I’m going to re-evaluate the way I tip. I’m going to discuss with other foodies and restaurant goers, what is fair. But if we’re treated poorly I can’t continue to make up the cost of the restaurants poor management skills. Wait staff will continue to leave. My expectations are high, I thought I was doing the best thing for my sister for her birthday, she has no tolerance for mistakes, I’m more easy going, guess that’s why I didn’t get a drink….also more and more people are fed up and choosing to stay home to entertain. We have another birthday of a friend and unfortunately I’ve decided to cook and serve a meal rather than eat out.

We had a wonderful birthday celebration with our son. Melting Pot is favorite of ours. We will definitely be back.
