Smoke Shack Bbq - Melbourne

Always fantastic. My favorite BBQ restaurant in Central Arkansas. No fancy embellishments, but always reliable and fast service. And the meats are amazing!

I love everything I’ve tried so far. They recently made smoked pulled chicken and macaroni and cheese for my daughter’s birthday party. It was DELICIOUS! I spent much of my life in Texas where BBQ is taken very seriously, and the BBQ here definitely gets my approval. The price was also very reasonable, and the customer service was wonderful!

I haven't had BBQ ribs this good since McClard's in Hot Springs. The ribs are perfectly smoked and incredibly tender. The baked beans are deliciously spiced with crunchy little onions. I haven't tried the other veggies yet, but I will. Even my picky partner enjoyed the chopped beef sandwich. This will definitely be a regular meal for us. Currently, they only offer carry-out, but if you call ahead to place your order, they'll have it ready for you.

Eating is really good. I recommend the loaded pommes. I always pulled the pork with the grilled vegetables on it.
