Our family meal was enjoyable as usual. However, the tostones were too hard for my liking.

My wrap was cold and soggy, even though it was in its own little bag. Additionally, my key lime pie, cuatro leches cake, flan, and drink were missing. There was a lack of communication and double checking as it appears they missed my entire order. The service was also very slow.

The order was completely wrong. I did not receive the balsamic tomatoes, key lime pie, Diet Coke, or any of the sauces. The chicken was average, but the mashed potatoes were terrible and the sweet plantains were burnt. The rice and vegetables were dry. I will not be ordering delivery from them again. However, their drive-through and dine-in options are usually good. The issue was not with Door Dash, as the Dasher, Jessie, really helped me get a refund through the app. I appreciate the assistance!

My husband ordered a half a chicken dog yellow rice red beans and corn he got a half a chicken white black beans white rice no corn I ordered a choppy bowl with double chicken yellow rice red beans tomatoes corn onions and three cilantro garlics I got white rice black beans no cilantro so the whole order is messed up I need them to replace my order ASAP the delivery man was wonderful but Pollo Tropicana messed up our order and we want a refund or replace our order

I ordered the loaded tostones and a bowl with no beans. They gave me a small bowl of stuff mixed together that had beans and my bowl I ordered but it also came with beans. Never got my topped tostones
