Paty's Pizza - Melbourne

My wife found this place an evening to get dinner for me when I had to work late in an emergency. I had a Stromboli. It was so good that my daughter, who had already eaten, ate 1/4 of them. I went back to lunch and got the Stromboli back. Unbelievable. My friend got the meatball Sub and said it was the best he had. Gary and Paty make everything fresh when you order it.

If you appreciate NEW JERSEY Pizza, you will love that. It's the most authentic thing I ever had from the garden state. The owner is from Hudson County (Bayonne) like me and the style of pizza is exactly what I grew up with. No slices because they have barpis (personal pizza) and they are made right. Thin, zesty sauce, a bit crispy with great tasting dough and fresh made to order. This is absolutely an experience type space, so if you are looking for a fast disk, there are many other decent places in Melbourne I recommend. But if you want to go to a small town of Jersey Pizzeria and order a cake, this is your place. The meatballs are also amazing. All meat, no fillers or something. Only Italian-American kindness!

The owner is unique and wonderful. You can tell all food is made with love and care. He had stories to tell as you waited and was super down to earth. Everything is fresh and if you want a stomboli or calzone without empty crust, this is your place! Pizza is fantastic and they make amazingly stuffed to the brim meatball subs. I don't give reviews often, but this place deserved it. This is my new favorite Italian/pizza place and you won't regret giving them a try!

Paty's Pizza is the place to go home, made pizza and other Italian dishes. The owner is really friendly and funny. His wife is sweet and makes all the food with love. It's never disappointing.
