New China - Melbourne

How often do you need to explain an order to get it right? Especially after the first written submission. Spoke to them twice after online ordering and it was still wrong. They asked them to send the right order and were told to them? re too busy and won?t refund on a credit card order. While the woman, I suppose the owner cried in the background. Every order placed with them was wrong. I'm done.

I'm not sure why they don't have all 5 star reviews, but this food is delicious and humble price! I'll be back soon!

Despite all bad reviews and lower stars, I decided to try to order Chinese food after a New England quality. Despite just 3 miles from their restaurant a (10 minutes away says GPS lol)? they do not deliver to Palm Bay? and my home is right on the West Melbourne line. They could have made a sale, but the rigidity lost them for them. The site says that do not deliver beyond 4.5 miles range. Simply a new customer could have had, perhaps with a better star rating lol your reputation before you, and clearly my advantage of doubt was a waste of my time.

That was my first time I tried this restaurant. I ordered the chicken with garlic sauce lunch combination. It should be spicy, but it was very bland, could not taste the garlic or spices and there was not much chicken in it. The fried rice and eggroller was also very pale. Eating was hot and ready when I arrived. Checkout was friendly. Overall, I wouldn't say the best if you were looking for tasteful Chinese cuisine. I probably won't be back.

I called in my order. Very friendly. I got there a few min early. Used bathroom had bad lighting extremely dark. I ordered the chicken wing lunch combo 3 wings pork fried rice n egg roll) Lacks flavor... Dry egg roll n tasteless. It served it's purpose... I'm hungry so I've eaten it...
