I honestly wasn't expecting a free pizza and made sure to mention that to both the lady on the phone and the delivery driver. They reassured me that customer service is very important to them. I truly appreciated their extra effort to correct my order. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such outstanding customer service anywhere. Thank you!
I absolutely love this place! They always get my order spot on, and I prefer my crust well done, which they do perfectly. It's fantastic! I've been a fan for over a year and have enjoyed three free pizza points!
The food is always over done. The pizza is OK but the rest needs help.
Claimed no record of carry out order when arriving to pick up. Refused to remake order when found . Refused to provide manager or district manager name when order was located.
Stopped in for our carry-out pizza order, store was already closed, no one there. 30 minutes before the closing time posted on door. Bummer.
