Asian Chao - Melbourne

I've never been let down by the service or the food at this restaurant. It's the only one in the mall that has remained over the years. The meals are consistently delicious, and you can even enjoy low-carb options!

I started my dining experience at Chick-fil-A and was truly impressed by their customer service. However, I also had an order to place at Asian Chao, and I felt a bit apprehensive about approaching Jeff right by the ribs. But his customer service blew me away! The food was fresh, and everyone around—both the staff and the other customers—had bright smiles on their faces. In terms of food court experiences, I would be lying if I said Asian Chao didn't brighten my day, thanks to the outstanding service. The quality of the food was almost gourmet. Whenever I shop at Melbourne Mall, Asian Chao is my go-to choice, and I can't wait to eat there again and again!

Bourbon Chicken is really good! Taste like at home (Thailand). Even my husband likes it. Come back!

It's Mall food court food nothing too fancy. Every time I've gone it's been great. It's saucy and warm and I love the cream cheese dumplings. The bourbon chicken is good tasting just as good as the samples you get right in front when walking by. I agree with honesty previous reviews and they can be a little pushy but other than that it's been a lot better than everyone else has been saying at least recently. I never ate there till recently so I can't say anything about the previous management or employees but it's been good since I've been going.

This past Sat at the Melbourne Mall, they served chkn teriyaki samples at room temperature to guests in cafeteria walking by them. Good way to get food poisoning! I told the lady not to do that and why, and to tell her mngr. Reheated food must be at 140 degrees minimum or hotter. Will report to health dept on Monday.
