Apollo Diner - Melbourne

Well... I can not give this place a great score because I received Bacon and French toast well done, too well done . Black in some spots . Now ,it is not to say all food here is bad or might have been a bad day for the chef .but this was my experience. Waitress was pleasant .The atmosphere in need of a update . Paint the walls at least ..

Horrible place. My fish was not cooked through. I told waiter and he said they would replace fish only after he and his boss in front of me took 2 forks and tore my fish apart and then asked me after they mutilated the fish if they could just reheat it. They then replaced my fish with a TINY piece 1/,2 the size of the original. Waiter saw I was upset but just threw the check at us and didn't even ask if there was anything else. Very poor behavior and unprofessional behavior. You can do better elsewhere.

The first time here. ordered the Tuesday special gyro sandwich with shredded lamb. I didn't expect my gyro to be so good. it is actually slow roasted lamb. great! I'm sorry I made a photo. here is worth a trip.

We were the first three people to try it. we ordered 3 different plates were all tasty, beautiful portions with very favorable trips. I was very surprised to know that they even have sugar free sirup for our pancakes and waffeln. the restaurant owner was friendly and very welcoming. our server sabrina was nice, attentive and made sure we enjoyed our breakfast.
