I WORK AT THE MICROGROUP AND HAVE ORDERED MANY MANY TIMES FROM SUPREME . IT IS CONVENIENT, AS THEY ARE RIGHT UP THE STREET. WE ONLY HAVE THIRTY MINUTES FOR LUNCH, SO I ORDER MY FOOD TO BE DELIVERED AT 12 NOON. FOR THE PAST TWO DAYS THEY HAVE BEEN A HALF HOUR EARLY AND TODAY 45 MINUTES. THE FOOD HAS TO SIT UNTIL OUR LUNCH TIME, WHICH MEANS ANYTHING HOT IS NOW COLD. i CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND WAS TOLD THEY GUESS THEY DIDNT HEAR ME......TWO DAYS IN A ROW? UNACCEPTABLE. ALL DONE ORDERING FROM THERE.
I originally called papa Gino 's in medway, but due to an approximate 1 1/2 hr delivery time, I called supremes. They told me it would be approx 30-35 mins so I placed my delivery order. I ordered an order of well done crispy wings and French fries. I REPEATED my request for crispy wings so there would be no mistakes. Told her I can 't eat wings with chewy skin. She assured me my order would be correct. Upon arrival after 45 mins not that big of a deal except that I 'm diabetic and need to eat after taking my insulin). Anticipating my meal, I was extremely disappointed. The wings were undercooked, and the fries were lukewarm at best. I called supremes, and spoke with the girl who originally took the order. I explained my dissatisfaction with the subpar food. I was placed on hold. When she returned to the phone, I was told I had two choices: they will reimburse the money or I could PICK UP a remake of my order. I explained that I do not have a car at this time. My husband was watching the patriots game at a friends house. I requested to speak with the owner. After a few minutes on hold, she returned and informed me that he REFUSED to speak with me. She stated that he told her they have too any deliveries now, and declined my request to remake my wings and fries before they fill the new orders. I have never, in my 47yrs, experienced worse and absolute REFUSAL to rectify a genuine complaint. I wasn 't asking for additional money or compensation. I just wanted my order to be correct and redelivered. I was hung up on. I have read many other poor reviews with this establishment. They seem to have the same common denominator/theme. Sometimes the food is good. But most complaints are based in the owners dismissiveness and outright rudeness. It appears that it is 'hit or miss ' regarding the food. But, as far as the customer goes...A BIG FAT f on the report card.

I ordered an order of well made crispy wings and french french fries. I have confirmed mine for crispy wings so there would be no mistakes. I told her I can't eat a wing with chewing skin. she assured me that my order would be correct. in the coming after 45 minutes not so big of a deal except that I have diabetic and have to eat after taking my insulins). I explained my dissatisfaction with the food. I was put in the handle. When she came back to the phone, I was told that I had two choices: they will pay back the money or I could have a remake of my job pick up. I asked to talk to the owner. after a few minutes in wait, she returned and told me he was talking to me. she said that he told her that they now have to any deliveries, and please refused to remake my wings and pommes before they fill out the new commands. I have never experienced worse and absolute refusal in my 47 years to correct a real complain. I didn't ask for additional money or compensation. I just wanted my order to be correct and refunded. I was hanged. I have read many other bad reviews with this facility. they seem to have the same common denominator/themes. sometimes it's good to eat. but most complaining are dismissed in the owners and injustice. it seems that it is "hit or miss" in terms of eating. but as far as the customer goes. a big fat f on the report card.
