The old way was much more straightforward and quicker, change for changes sake to try and justify the huge price increases for worse quality food.
Absolutely disgusted with the service I just received. I was told that if I want to order using card payment, I could not order directly with the employee. I was basically refused service because the company have taken the card payment machine away from the employees to use. Me the customer!! likes to order my food directly with the employee!! I LIKE TO SEE MY SUB BEING MADE. The company have covered the whole glass with a big green sheet saying use the Kiosk... I don't think so!?! What happened to ordering your subway and wathing it being made and having an interaction with the employee. Tey might as well put robots behind the counter now. Bring back the old way of ordering the food, we should have a choice of what we want to do, I don't care if the company is going to save money by installing kiosks, I don't use them and never will. If I was going to order my food using a machine, I would sit at home and order on Deliveroo. I will not be forced to use these kiosk machines!! DISGRACEFUL!! just lost a loyal customer
Come to this subway every month for around 2 years. Got two meals for me and my partner. The new order screens are gd but waited nearly 20 minutes for my food. To then sit down an have burnt bread, must b running out of chicken tikka as was hardly any in my footlong. Was all salad an sauce. Never coming back here after spending £19.89. Place has gone down hill majorly. All seats were taken as people getting take aways were waiting that long they sit down an people eating in then can't sit down. Tables an floor were dirty, like hadn't been cleaned that day. Go else where if u want value for yr money
Toilets STILL out of order. Over a month now. Pull your finger out. Anybody tempted by the bacon cheese stack, dont bother. Very thin. Looks totally different from the advert.
We placed our order through Deliveroo and unfortunately were unable to modify it on the app. A pop-up prompted us to contact the restaurant in case of allergies, so I called immediately. After several attempts, I finally got through and requested that one of the subs be made without cheese and egg due to allergies/intolerance. I was informed that the order could not be altered because the sandwich had already been toasted. When I inquired about getting a new one made, the call was abruptly ended.
