Peking Express - Medway

I am surprised by the reviews for this takeaway. I have ordered me at least four times from them and I have not failed to eat that. always hot and really nice and delicious, maybe I've always had luck, but that's my way to Chinese.

We phoned ahead and were informed that the restaurant was very busy. We didn't mind, as long as our food arrived promptly and hot. Unfortunately, the order was incorrect and served cold. We were disappointed and will not be returning. If they can't handle the orders, they shouldn't accept them. I suggested compensation but was also disappointed by their lack of understanding between noodles and rice. Requesting no mushrooms should mean no mushrooms, not extra mushrooms!

I had a negative customer service experience at this restaurant. I wish I had read the reviews from other people. The owner hung up on me multiple times when I complained about the food and misleading photos on their flyer. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I would give this takeaway only 1 star for food hygiene. Although the Just Eat review may not reveal this, the food I received was soggy, cold and lacked flavor. It took about an hour for my order to be delivered, despite the restaurant being only 2 miles away. When I called to voice my concerns, they did not take them into consideration. Additionally, when I left a review on Just Eat, the restaurant promptly removed it. I would highly recommend avoiding this place, as you might end up getting sick from eating here!

We ordered our food over £116.00 here tonight that was late and when it arrived, that was eating cold. we called to complain and the lady who finally answered the phone after 44 trying to only ring, then be cut off was so rude. we asked for a refund and she said that she could not give a refund because she could not take the food back because we had touched the containers. avoid this place would not recommend and can now also understand their 1 star food rating
