The first time, we complained and left after waiting for 5 minutes because the fries still weren't given to us. By the time we got home, the rest of the food was cold. We called to complain but Charlie showed no interest or apology, just mentioned checking CCTV footage without acknowledging the food being cold. Reluctantly, we went back after late working nights only to find the same issue - no fries again! Despite trying to call, no one answered. Avoid this place at all costs.
Car park is filled with deliveroo type drivers, when one is leaving they call over the next deliveroo driver to take the space. When I questioned that he was obviously driving off I was told rudely yes but I would keep driving round to get a different space. Never known a MacDs have deliveroo driver arranging parking for delivery drivers was appalled, as this was taking the spaces from those who wanted to eat in!

This restaurant is a complete joke. The food was missing and when I spoke to the so-called manager, Bekka, she was rude and unhelpful. I feel that this poor behavior reflects poorly on the rest of the staff. I had to buy more food to replace what was missing and I am not happy at all. I will not be returning to this branch.
It appears that the restaurant on Courtney Road near Tesco is struggling to handle simple drive-thru orders, such as a cheeseburger, without causing customers to park and wait. Despite there being no one in line before or after me, the staff seem more focused on fulfilling phone orders, leading to long wait times for those who physically show up. This consistent issue makes the drive-thru experience here quite frustrating. It seems that the restaurant needs to prioritize either phone or in-person orders, as trying to handle both is resulting in poor customer service and a lack of efficiency. It comes across as simply being motivated by greed.
