Dixy Chicken - Medway

Discussing food hairs and raw chicken...many of times I have been giving dixy the time money...not ever again...health and safety will be called...poor management aswell on the phone...airing me to music or beeps from a car...dont ever order from this so called...fancoollo restaurant...many of times gave the chance now enough is enough!!!!!

I placed my order 2.49am and was told that my food would be here at 3.45am. I called the restaurant at 3.55am and was told the driver was on the way. I called again 10 minutes and was told the driver was 2/3mins away. I then called again at 4.15am and was told the driver came and called me and I wasn't there when I was watching out my window the entire time waiting for the delivery. I did not receive one phone call and when I asked them to confirm the number the driver called they could not even tell me instead they made excuses and lied and said I did not answer. Why else would I be awake at this time calling a food company? The restaurant spoke to me like I was an incompetent fool and told me it's not their problem. They took the payment from my account and did not care that I have not even received my order. I will be reporting this to the police. This is theft and I have evidence of no phone call and the number I left for them to call. Do not order from here if you don't want to be cheated. I have never been so insulted. This is extremely bad service. Do not waste your money here, they do not understand the definition of customer satisfaction. They can all go to hell. I will never give my money to another Dixy Chicken again. I will certainly get my money back for this. No matter who I have to speak to. It's 4.47am now and I plant to pay them a personal visit in the morning.

Avoid like the plague your prob get a bad stomach if you go here . It’s been closed down a few times and only really survives from the nightclub next door

The owner is usually great, but the food is lacking. While there are some good options on the menu, the kebab is not one of them.

I am incredulous at how this restaurant is allowed to serve food to customers. Our order was delivered more than an hour late, and despite the person on the phone confirming our order for a cheese and tomato pizza with pineapple, we received a Hawaiian pizza instead. When I called to request the correct order, they dismissed my concerns and hung up on me twice, accusing me of being mistaken despite multiple witnesses hearing our order being repeated. I am shocked and disgusted that such a poorly run business can exist in today's world with no regard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this disgraceful establishment based on my experience and other negative reviews. You have been warned.
