Bryant Road Fish - Medway

I tried the chips and battered sausage at this restaurant and they tasted like they had been cooked hours ago. It's possible that I just caught them on an off day. The staff was pleasant though.

I really really want to like this chip shop because I live near it but having given it chance after chance I have to admit defeat and just go a bit further to Mcolls up the road. The staff are rude In person and even ruder on the phone and the food is never that great. Fish is oily and chicken is dry. The battered sausage is ok...but then so are the frozen ones you can get from the supermarket! I stuck with them because I heard they were doing free school meals for local kids and I wanted to support them but there are no signs in the window or shop and I can only imagine the staffs reactions if anyone dared ask about it. Phone orders are met with “I’m too busy to look” if you ask for anything a bit different like the Southern fried potatoes or “they’ll be over an hour” because they can’t be bothered to put them on. I’m ashamed to say I get fish and chips for the family at least once a week so I’d consider myself a good customer but they treat everyone rudely like it’s an inconvenience. Avoid and go anywhere else

The fish and chips are very good from this shop, unfortunately I had to buy extras to get above the minimum spend, but the quality if the food was worth the cost, and it was delivered within a reasonable time.

First and last time I ordered from there.Chips undercooked,chicken burger awful,my cod also awful.Was so disappointed !!
