Hatlee Brae (ice Cream, Coffee Gifts)

On August 20, 2023, we visited the restaurant and experienced very poor service. Three teenage girls were extremely rude and mocking customers in front of us. My suggestion would be to have an adult supervise these immature teens. I recommend avoiding Hatlee Brae and instead, trying the friendly service at Medora Fudge Ice Cream.

We felt rushed during our dining experience, which is understandable due to the busy restaurant. However, the service was also very rude, with the staff using disrespectful hand gestures to imply we were stupid. Additionally, we were given smaller portions of ice cream. Overall, the staff came across as inexperienced and disrespectful teenagers who need to improve their service skills.

Perfect spot to grab a snack or ice cream on your way out of town. Always stopped here before leaving to head home.
