Steak House - Medina

Customer Service is alright. Prices are slightly high. The salad bar is TOP. The steaks are tastes wonderful! Drawback: No bathrooms or place to wash your hands after you finish the meal.

So this time I tried something completely different. Thai peanut salmon cooked on a black stone. It was wonderful! As usual, the service at Steak House is good, there's just usually confusion over the family and single sections at times that leads to slow service. In fact this time the service was exceptional. I ordered a milkshake with no milk. The waiter, Fahd, was confused for two seconds, then he said he'd make it himself. He brought me a strawberry milkshake that was so good, that I set my salad bar aside and ordered a second milkshake. The dynamite shrimp was a bit to bready, but good nonetheless. It seemed like I couldn't get to the bottom of it there was so much shrimp. The salad bar is always good, though it appeared a bit skimpy this time. They always have a good soup or two with the salad bar as well. One day a week they have free desert or a free kids meal. Check the menu on the internet before going if you want to get a good deal.

The food is tasty, but it has too much spices and sesoning which prevent you to experince the real taste of soup or steak, service is freindly and quick, specialy Elias, a supervisor visit our table, but unfortunately they need to pay mor attention for restaurant cleanliness, specialy the wall at the terrace of the family section, there are food crumps and spots on the wall.

As always soup and salad bar is the best... Sirloin Steaks are delicious Free bread and butter served late. Previously, their butter blend parsley and other herbs have on it, now it is easy (Almarai)... We asked for sugar syrup for our Iced tea (not before they serve it together)
