The lady running the counter tonight was very friendly! Order was perfect as always my favorite place to eat in Medina!

Mediocre at best. The steak was fine but the buns are horrible. Put the steak on top of the lettuce and tomato instead of the other way around made the sandwich hard to eat too. Cheese curds were tasty but greasy. We won't be back.

If you come in and order food, you will wait for 30 minutes. If you order it online, they will be closed randomly. Every time I have been here I have waited half an hour or I order online and they?re closed durning their normal hours. Done trying

Save your money, the steak for the cheese steak sandwich was mush and looked Iike dog food in a hogie roll. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the fries were good. The loaded mac bites was fried mush. Also they gave you a plastic cup when I ate in. I mean at 14 plus dollars it better be a to go cup. It's over priced that looks very unappetizing. They need to clean house and get someone in there that takes pride in service and food quality. I'd think about lowering the prices if you are preparing below sub par food. ? well good luck management. ?

Restaurant is way overpriced especially when they can?t even make a better Philly then subway. Like seriously? Came here 3 times for the hopes it would get better and there?s always something wrong. Moldy stale bread, overall uncleanliness, and terrible customer service. The owner Jeff is the biggest piece of work there is, him alone makes you wanna eat elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else, place will be out of business in no time.
