Ohio Valley Pizza Co. - Medina

I visited the new pizza restaurant in Medina today, even though we already have plenty of options. They bake the crust and sauce first, and then add the cheese and toppings afterward. I wasn't sure about this method at first, but after trying it, I can say that I'm a fan! The sauce was tasty, the crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were high quality. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant and would recommend it to others to give it a try.

I tried this restaurant for the first time and the cheesy bread was amazing! It was a bit too crunchy on one side without crust (we got a half tray with 8 slices), but overall, we really enjoyed it. The cheese being placed on cold was a unique twist and there was a lot of cheese, which was delicious. Next time, I'll opt for melted cheese. Just be mindful of the size, preparation, and toppings when ordering. Enjoy!

I suppose this could be considered a pizza. The crust was cooked, but the toppings were cold. I placed an order online and was unaware that I needed to request my toppings to be cooked. This lack of communication is a flawed business practice, and the pizza itself was unappetizing. We barely ate half of it. I will not be patronizing this establishment again.

The lunch specials are on point! If you haven?t tried them yet, you need to check them out. Their roll/side/sauce combos are perfectly paired and crafted. Love the variety from week to week, too.
