Master Pizza - Medina

We absolutely love Master Pizza! We used to visit the one in Strongsville, so we were hoping this location would be just as great—and it definitely is! Their garlic balls are simply amazing!

I've been ordering from Master Pizza about 20-25 times a year, usually after football games and parties. However, I've noticed a significant decline in quality at this location over the past six months. The last two calzones I ordered had raw dough on the bottom. When I placed an order for a calzone and two pizzas tonight, I specifically noted in the instructions, "fully cook calzone, last two raw?" Unfortunately, they ended up sending us two completely raw pizzas and, predictably, the calzone they did attempt to cook still had raw dough on the bottom. I will be taking my pizza business elsewhere and would recommend others do the same until they can improve their quality to an acceptable standard.

There's a really charming manager named Steve who consistently goes above and beyond to make me the most delicious pizzas. Honestly, most commercial pizza in Ohio is quite disappointing, but Master Pizza is genuinely impressive and should be your go-to place.

I have gotten pizza here every time I come into town, but, somehow it tasted different, has the recipe changed? if it did, I'm not a big fan, liked it the way it was....sorry....disappointed.
