Kfc - Medina

This was a drive thru order. At dinner time they were out of the original chicken. The mac n cheese was awful and the chicken had a burnt oil taste. Not going back!!

Every time I try to place a mobile order at this location (by specifically choosing this location in the app), the app sends my order to the wrong location. Then when I try to pick up my order, they tell me there's nothing they can do to fix the problem. I placed the order specifically with this location, they took my money, and I get no food. Deleting the app after this happened yet again today. When this is happening repetitively after I go through the trouble of making sure I choose the location I want, and I'm losing money every single time, I no longer want to give them any more of my money. So long, KFC. There's better fried chicken everywhere else anyhow.

I get that all prices have been going up. Why does that mean the quality has to go down?I just got a meal and the side was cold and both the buns were hard at one end.Yes, I did just microwave it cause I couldn't go back, but should I have to do this?

Just finished 3 12 hr shifts in a row and wanted some hot dinner. Instead I received old food that was a little less than warm.

Ordered the 3 PC chicken tender box,the tenders were small and chewy not fresh at all and no biscuit either.very disappointed, I won't be back.you should be ashamed to put out this quality of food especially with so much competition.
