Burger King - Medina

This restaurant had actually improved in recent years, but it has been forgetful and slow since the pandemic. Today, the visit was so bad that I actually wrote to corporate to report it. Woman working the drive through speaker walked away in the middle of my order for over five minutes, I received condiments covered in maple syrup (which draws the cleanliness inside into question, as nothing in my order had syrup! , and then found out upon arriving at the office that the vegetarian options that were ordered had meat on them... And those were for my boss. Not a great way to start the day. Staff is unfriendly and uncaring, which normally I sympathize with, but today it really felt like they messed up the order out of a lack of care. Really unpleasant.
