Antonio's Pizzeria Loschiavo - Medina

I went online and bought food for my fathers 85th birthday. I set the wrong date in my order for 4th march instead of 5th march. I called immediately and spoke to rob the assistant. he said they would cancel the order for 64.71 and order for the 5th order. I turned the order on the 5th march for this day. now, the appeal for both came from my navy federal credit union account. rob called his chef and pretended that there was nothing they could do. I called today and they look at it so they say. I will update my review as soon as I get my money back, right now, until this is fixed, I will not order from there again.

I had a really hard time finding a pizza place in medina that was deep down really what I wanted. A friend had suggested to me multiple times to try this place and I finally got to it. This to me is currently the best pizza in medina! The rustic pizza was definitely what I have wanted since I moved back from Florida. Yesterday we bought chicken and salad at Medina Antonio’s. We all got very sick. Actually food poisoning, vomiting and diarrhea. They are officially off our list.

I tried this place a few times and every order they messed up.. I ordered tonight and had to wait 1 1/2 hours to get our food. It was cold! And burnt chicken crunchy could hardly chew it. Ate what I could now I feel sick?? I talked to manager and he was rude and not once did he offer A refund for all the mistakes! Very over priced for the food! Then they add a charge for delivery? 6 chicken tenders and hand full.of fries for 27.75? Never again. Horrible and very Poor Service.
