Service is slow. Food is not up to Tim’s standard. The building has seen better days a long time

It was coffee ... Bagel has been lacking as of late never the one I like in stock : sesame seed. They don 't cut the bagel anymore and I guess the price of cream cheese is as bad as blinker fluid for cars 'cus it is getting less and less every time I visit ... Take the time to pick up your socks Timmies....

Service friendly and quick! It was camp day, so it quite busy with activities.

9 out of 10 times there my order is wrong. Can't follow very simple instructions. Staff are very unmotivated and ignorant. Homeless people begging on all corners makes for a uncomfortable wait. The list goes on and on. Start holding your managers and employees accountable you're in customer service if you don't like it find something else.

I come here almost every morning mainly for coffee and rarely food very early in the morning around 4:30am and they mess up my order 9/10 times for example- I drive in and the first thing they say is hi what do you want….? Like what..! they constantly drag themselves around the place looking like zombies I order a plain croissant with bacon egg n cheese a hash brown and a farmers wrap with sausage with ketchup in the bag (had to repeat the ketchup 6 times) now let me just say this I get it it’s very early but you have one customer (me) in the morning and you still manage to give me to hash brown no ketchup in the bag and no sausage but ketchup on the farmers wrap? Uhhh okay pls do yourselfs a favour and find new jobs you will actually put effort into.
