Hi, so I tried to be civil and email this but it's been 3 months and no one wants to fix the problem or get back to me. For what ever reason this store, and maybe others have decided to change their chicken to dark, dry, tasteless, very unappetizing meat. Whatever budget cut this had made for your store was probably the worst thing this company could have done to a devoted supporter of the taco family. I've been so true to taco time my entire life, always sharing my opinion with those Taco Bell lovers, suggesting taco time to family and friends for a fancy night out, heck I even worked for the place growing up! And for what?? Some knock off ranch chicken burrito, Never have I ever been so disappointed with this restaurant. And to top it off, 36 cents for xtra hot sauce??? I think I will be taking my hard earned money somewhere else next time. At least taco bell stays consistent. Thank you for ruining my favorite burrito of 15 years. Order was missing not one but TWO items… contacted the restaurant regarding the order and they tell us to contact Skip because it’s Skip’s fault? The restaurant is responsible for preparing the order don’t give excuses and at least apologize for messing up the order. We won’t be ordering here ever again.

The worst ran and managed tacotime I’ve ever been too complete joke and the worst and most ignorant supervisors I’ve ever met. Do you self a favour and go else where trust me
