Pick Summer Boba Shop - Medicine Hat

The server, who seemed more interested in her phone than taking our order, inquired if we wanted a large portion. When we requested a small portion instead, she informed us that only large portions were available and apologized. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

I recently visited a fantastic bubble tea shop! The pearl tea was delicious and the variety of teas available was exceptional. My only complaint is that the customer service could have been better, as it seemed like the server was not very enthusiastic about the product. Overall, I have tried bubble tea shops all over Canada (including Vancouver and Toronto) and this one definitely stands out.

The tea was delicious, but the customer service was lacking. The staff member was frequently on their phone, giving the impression that they were not very interested in helping the customers.

Best blase tee shop in medicine has! that is so good. the only part is, there are male workers who are glued with his phone, playing some kind of game. I understand that it sometimes gets slow and with her phone is absolutely okay to let the time happen, but we customers see him on his handy, even if he makes the drinks. there was one time I ordered my drink and he looked down on his handy while he was on the street. I hope no one gets difficult for this, I just wanted to point out that for food safe/ sanitation purposes/customer service to maybe the phone for a few minutes at least until the orders are completed: otherwise bbt rating is 10/10!

I LOVE this place. Best Boba Tea in town, you can get so many different kinds of drink and boba. The staff are quick and efficient and there isn't usually too many people in there at a time so not a long wait
