Wendy's - Medford

The drive thru had about 6 vehicles, so we went in. Lunch crowd. The staff was polite and fast. The fries were indeed crispy and warm when we came back to the car. Only 1 pair inside.

I decided to go back to Wendy's and explain that my order was incorrect and missing two burgers. The woman who handed me my order at the drive-thru came over and acknowledged the mistake without making excuses. She quickly apologized and owned up to the error, which I found refreshing. She didn't try to brush off the mistake or pretend like it didn't happen. She also had a good sense of humor about it. I wish I knew her name so I could give her some praise. She definitely deserves it.

I had a pleasant dining experience at this restaurant. I visited at lunchtime and found that everything was freshly prepared. My order was ready in less than 3 minutes, thanks to the efficient service at the drive-thru. The staff was friendly and provided good service. I would give this place four stars!

This Wendys in Suffolk is top-notch. While the menu items are consistent across all locations, the staff at this particular restaurant truly goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. They are friendly, genuinely happy to serve you, and take care to prepare your order with care and attention. Unlike other Wendys locations, they do not simply toss your order in a bag and hand it to you - they show genuine care and consideration for their customers.
