Good for mall food. Awkward customer service interactions tho. Lol. :

I was in the Rogue Valley Mall restroom when I saw a large male leave the commode area and exit the restroom without washing his hands. He had a red shirt with a logo. I followed and located him behind the counter of this establishment preparing food without globes YUCK! Stay away!

Very rude and made us hurry up to order but took forever to make our food

Had to post one star when in fact they do not deserve it!My husband and I took our granddaughter to the mall today just to hang out!At 11:36am we stopped for lunch our granddaughter wanted a fruit bowl from another place and my husband and I ordered from Sansei Japan! Husband wanted a Tempura shrimp bento and I wanted Tempura Veggies!When we asked what happen to the rice?? The women said we ordered the Tempura Shrimp not bento!!! She then said that bento comes with sushi, I said we didn't want the sushi, she just kept saying it came with sushi, I finally said ok!, but we would just throw it away!! She then said we couldn't throw it away! I ended up paying another $2.19 for an order of steamed rice! If you want good asian food just step to your left and move over to the Chinese food! They give you more for your money and are happy to to help you! I've seen them make a new order when one of their customers said something was wrong! No questions asked! They just wanted to keep their customers happy!Now remove the one star!And give them Minus 5 stars!!!!

This place is decent for a mall store. They have fairly reasonable prices and large portions. Food quality is so so. Teriyaki is good, rice is good but veggies are lacking flavor and variety. It's more of a side thought or garnish. I wasn't impressed with the sushi though. Just a decent place for a quick bite but nothing special
