I was shopping at your store on Sunday afternoon. There was a woman with glasses that handed out free cookie patterns. I heard them say louder that I am not vaccinated! I don't want this poison! Are you kidding? What are immaculate people allowed to give the public food samples in the middle of a pandemic?! My 80-year-old grandmother had just taken a sample from her! It's not okay. UPDATE: I will definitely not renew my membership. I left my first review a few weeks ago and when I went to the store yesterday, I saw a manager who completely advises an employee who gives samples. I don't even think she was a direct employee of the store. He was insulting, insulting, and raised his voice to her, fighting. I'm waiting to try a sample, but I was hoping if he saw me standing there, he left her alone. There were actually two of us waiting. It didn't happen. I asked another employee about the fact that he was and he said that the man was John, the general manager. If the general manager of the store is acting in this way, I cannot imagine that the toxic working environments to which his employees are exposed are exposed. I have a membership at Costco, which anyway sells much better quality food at better prices. I drive the extra distance to avoid Sam 's from now on.

Nasty nasty lady.. I obviously got on the wrong line/isle for my check out. Rather than telling me where to go, I was told You know the Drill ! I seen you before ! What ? Please. I might be the ORIGINAL sams Medford member and Never was spoken Down to here. What an embarrassing moment. Customers around me where Dumbfounded. How about a Kindness class for employees.
