Original Roadhouse Grill - Medford

This place is the place in the Rogue Valley to get a fine piece of beef. The rib-eye steak will melt in your mouth, combined with a baked sweet potato and the yeasty rolls and you have got a wonderful meal. Yes, it is noisy and always packed full, but always worth the wait. They don't take reservations so be prepared to wait for 30+ min's at times. The waitresses are great and considering how busy they are, still have a smile on their face. Free peanuts in the shell and good cold beer. I've honestly never had a bad experience there and will go back often.

NOT the place for a quiet romantic dinner... and forget wine. Women do NOT wear any kind of heel, cowboy boots preferred. This IS the place for friends, pitchers of beers, and steak or ribs. Big Onion rings, monster potatoes, peanut shells on the floor (soaks up beer), very busy and loud. Service suffers because of popularity, but food is generally well portioned and decent.
