Misoya Bistro - Medford

I love everything about this place. I don't like sushi personally, but they have so many other options, and they're delicious. And servings and quality of food is amazing. Service is always so friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is small, but cozy, what I personally love. Dine in experience is the best and better served ready and hot to eat. And you get what you paid in a good way.

Our dinner was extraordinary! The restaurant is located on Vogel Plaza, at Craterian Theatre, was easy to find. Service was prompt and server polite. But the food... it was the best Asian Pacific Church we had in the Medford region. Not only the food delicious, the portions were huge! My husband had the Teriyaki salmon, perfectly cooked, moist, thick cuts and I had a Teriyaki Chicken Bento Box, with grilled chicken, cut into strips, delicate and full of taste. The pages were perfect. We both loved the rice (not the usual white rice), and especially the tempera, which is slightly coated, crispy and boiled al dente. The Gyoza (cold stickers) were also delicious! We will definitely return to this place!

Absolutely delicious! The server was very generous on bringing me a mochi style desert for my birthday as well.

Cute decor, great staff. Best sushi I've had in southern Oregon so far! Authentic Korean food as well. Downside is parking is horrible

They had Amazing sushi!! We also got their Japanese Ramen which was delicious. The service was great and they made the food very quickly. Good cocktails too.
