Kanamizu Japanese - Medford

EDIT: LOve NEW ADDITION to MENU-SUSHI BURRITOS! so many options. I had the softshell baskets and a spicy white tuna sushi burrito and they were delicious!! Love Kanamizu! Sushi is fresh and amazing. Perfectly done. People are so nice. Really great people here.

By transplanting, I can't eat raw sushi anymore. They made a cooked sushi deluxe. It was great.

Kanamizu is the best sushi restaurant in the Medford region, I dare say Burlington County! I have food allergies and sensitivity and they are always open. The sushi is always fresh and delicious. We also ordered the hot food and it is also very delicious. You have a very nice selection. We always order ahead and ready until we pick it up. The staff is also fantastic. So sweet and some, as always remembers our special order!

I was never a fan of sushi until I tried Kanamizu, and now I can't get enough of it—I find myself ordering sushi every week! The freshness and quality are consistently impressive. The owner is really kind, and I’m particularly thankful that they remained open during the pandemic. In addition to their incredible sushi, the salmon and seafood dishes are fantastic as well. Overall, every meal from this restaurant is a delight!

I absolutely love Kanamizu! I come here all the time to get sushi. I usually order ahead of time and my food is always ready for me when I get there. The people are so nice and helpful! On top of that, I have never had a bad experience with the service or food. Kanamizu is hands down my favorite sushi place in NJ!
