In-n-out Burger - Medford

This is the best In-N-Out I have ever visited. The food was amazing as always, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service provided by their employees. From the moment we arrived in the parking lot, we were greeted by a friendly young man. The cashier was also friendly when we placed our order, and the employee who handed us our food was funny and welcoming. As we sat down to eat, another employee checked in to make sure everything was to our liking. From start to finish, the customer service at this location in Medford was outstanding. I left feeling uplifted and truly impressed by the level of service I received. This was the best customer service experience I have ever had. Kudos to the team at In-N-Out in Medford!

I am always amazed by In-N-Out. Their burgers are delicious with fresh ingredients and just so incredibly good!

I absolutely love the Real Cheeseburger at In-N-Out. Despite reading some negative reviews, I have to say that this is one of the best cheeseburgers I have ever had. The Medford location always provides excellent service, and I have never had my order messed up. If you don't like it, just don't comment and don't go back again!

They have the friendly staff! My daughter and I ate there Friday evening and the gentleman cleaning tables was so pleasant. The absolute best fast food experience around.

Have to admit the Hamburgers are great, each one is fixed exactly the same. You can taste the freshness of the lettuce, tomatoes, etc, with the melted cheese perfect. Probably why the lines are out the door, all the time. Definitely a 5 star business.
