Chipotle Mexican Grill - Medford

I have enjoyed Chipotle for many years, but today 05/23/22 was the best ever! Who cooking is definitely improved on the already delicious recipes. My whole family is so glad you came to Medford.

They are very generous with their portions, and the prices are not bad. Unfortunately, young employees do not know about the customer service or cleaning of the interior.

Food was good and much of it, but the drinks had more water than taste and the store was completely made of straws

Going to this location is always different, sometimes the workers are nice and friendly and sometimes they aren’t. i just went in and got a burrito, it’s extremely small and i repeatedly asked the woman to add more cheese and lettuce. i would recommend going to the other chipotle location unless you want inconsistency in quality

They were out of multiple items. Employees had an attitude when customers asked about them. Tried to order some chips, said they were out, you could see a huge container full of them through the doorway. They said those were for mobile orders. Ended up ordering chips through the app so we could get some.
