Carvel - Medford

I used to love Carvel, but I will never come back to this particular location. The staff here is honestly terrible. I would rather go to 7/11. Every time I have visited, I have been polite and pleasant, and I have always left a generous tip. In return, I have received rude and impolite service. Not a single smile or thank you, even after tipping. If I am desperate for ice cream next time, I will go to 7/11 or make my own instead of coming back here. Carvel has really changed. I will try a different location next time.

I went to the restaurant to order 4 sundaes, and it wasn't busy at the time. Unfortunately, 3 out of the 4 sundaes were not made correctly. Despite the counter person writing down the toppings needed, the sundaes still came out wrong. I was very disappointed with the service. To make matters worse, I paid for 2 of the sundaes to have a second topping, but they did not include it.

The soft serve ice cream ran out at this popular ice cream store. It's disappointing that they have closed the soft serve machines early for the third time. It seems like the employees are not managing the store properly. They should make sure they have enough ice cream and train their employees better.

Sent husband to get sherbet as I have been house bound for almost a month. They no longer carry sherbet and convinced him to get some thing similar Well $15 later I got a container of something that might be Sorbet Not similar. No dairy content and I tossed it into the garbage. Baskin and Robbins here we come. Also they would not accept a gift card. Will not be back!

Won't be going there again! Bad service, manager that didn't care and warm ice cream that immediately melted- couldn't even eat it. Not a good situation there! The help was busy feeding their friends free ice cream.....I can go on but said enough. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!
