Arby's - Medford

The dining area was exceptionally clean and well-kept. The staff was friendly, although it took some time to place our order and receive our food. The sandwiches were expertly made, and the portions of meat were generous.

The food was excellent, but one staff member made a fuss about my order because I used my nickname instead of my real name. Other than that, everyone else was friendly.

There was one car in front of me when I placed my order. They ordered three meals, including a child's meal, while I opted for a chicken salad sandwich. From the moment I ordered to when I finally drove away, it took 15 minutes. However, I spent nearly all of that time—14 and a half minutes—waiting for the vehicle in front of me.

I had the chance to visit a popular restaurant, but unfortunately, the service was quite slow. It took a while for our food to arrive after we ordered.
