Starbucks - MEDFIELD

The food and drinks at this restaurant are always of good quality and the toilets are clean. However, I would not recommend this place as a place to work. While I have found it to be a reliable spot to grab a coffee and get some work done due to the Google WiFi (I have worked from home full-time for 3 years), the WiFi and cell service at this location are inadequate. I have spent about an hour trying to connect to the WiFi without success, and my phone dropped the service multiple times during a meeting. This may be attributed to my carrier, but being close to the high school also adds to the noise level during certain times. It is a nice place to enjoy a meal and good quality food, but not ideal for working remotely.

The restaurant can get busy at times, so be prepared to wait for a parking spot. The seating area is small as expected. The service was polite and quick.

The food at this restaurant is hit or miss for some, but personally, I enjoy it. The coffee can be too strong at times, but the lighter options are consistently good. However, the main issue here is the service. While the staff are friendly, they seem to struggle to keep up with the high demand. I find myself waiting much longer here compared to other places. I recommend trying a different location in Westwood on the high street instead.

It says they close at. 8 pm. Yet it is not even 7 pm and we can’t pick up our order. They refuse to come to door. Terrible service and communication
