The five star reviews surprise me. We were in Poblado on Wednesday and were looking for pizza. We were the only people in the restaurant when we got in. First we were ignored to get a member of the kitchen staff into the kitchen door and close it. After all, a hostess visited us. We ordered some pizzas, the four cheeses. I waited with the expectation that the bladdering cheese jumps. Finally on the back they had what seemed like an excellent wood fired pizza oven. What arrived on the table was a passable tomato pizza base, but with the cheese sitting in pieces on the top. My wife 'salami 'pizza was the same; reasonable base with part boiled toppings. The menu here is long, my mind is quite too long for the size of the device. Maybe the 'b' team was this night, maybe the lack of customers meant that the oven was not heated to the right temperature. Whatever that was not a repeat experience. Two pizzas, a Focaccia bread, a few beers, a juice, a coffee and a tab, with service, came just under COP 120,000. No repeating experience and a million miles of 5 stars
I had pizza here twice. I had the 'De los Alpes Pizza' and it was honestly one of the best pizzas I ever had (and I had a lot). The service was friendly and fast. (Can no longer comment as I had taken away).
Great ambient, great concept and delicious food! Try the Ensalata de setas crudas for appetizer, the tortellini campagnolo for your main course and the tiramisú for dessert. Highly recommended!!
We stopped in for a peaceful lunch and the food was amazing. We had their house made limonadas very good! Between two, we split a pizza and a salad and were full. Less than $50mil pesos total. You can watch the bar making specialty drinks and the cooks using their wood fired oven.
