Gautama Restaurant - Medellín

Mi experiencia en general fue excelente. La ubicación, la ambientación, el servicio, la carta de comidas y bebidas. Probé las tostadas de aguacate y las canastas de huevos. Ambas fueron muy buenas. Definitivamente volveré para probar los menús de almuerzos y comidas.

Fantastic menu both for drinks and vegan/vegetarian food. Excellent ambience and staff, and a perfect way to begin your night in zona rosa.

Don 't miss a chance to savor some of the most interesting cuisine I 've enjoyed in a long time. I live for part of the year in Astorga (El Poblado) Medellin. I have walked past Gautama often in the 3 months it 's been open. Always intrigued...by its clean attractive outdoor seating and open chefs station, I finally gave in to temptation and boy was I rewarded. Had I known that I would be writing a review I would have tried several different dishes, but I stuck with simplicity: a salmon hamburguesa , platanos fritos (chip style) with a savory Greek yogurt dip, and a fresa smoothie. The subtle variety of spices (all very mild) combined beautifully to furnish a really intriguing dinner. I was impressed by the staff, the setting, and particularly the chefs (who were open, inviting, and delightfully excited about their offering). Astorga is quietly becoming populated with some astonishingly sophisticated restaurants offering superb gourmet cuisine at very reasonable prices. Gautama is right at the top of the list.

Uno de los mejores restaurantes de la ciudad en cuanto a gastronomía. ¡Mi favorito sin duda!

Lugar espectacular. Un concepto que me encanta: mente y cuerpo en un solo lugar. Pedimos unos nachos veganos, pero salimos enamorados de dos de sus bowls: el de kale con ahuyama caramelizada, feta y almendras y el de atún. Felicitaciones y les deseo el mejor de los éxitos!!!
