I go in and order a sandwich, and I take it “as is” There’s nothing on it, so I’m confused and asked why there was nothing on it and they said that it was only meat and cheese. I specified I took it “as is” and they insist that I unselected stuff. No effort to help or even offer side ingredients like lettuce and tomato that I could put on myself. The attitude of the employee was ridiculous, incredibly rude and honestly I just feel bad for them if they act that way towards people. I’ll continue to go to Sheetz for gas and food, what a disappointment. No reason to go to Wawa anymore, Sheetz is more affordable and has much friendlier people. That person I interacted with was a witch.

Their app offers curbside service but it is not convenient. The app will state that your order will come out to you soon, however I still had to walk in and wait to get the attention of one of the servers to see if they even had my order

Very clean inside (including the restrooms), quick service and delicious milkshakes!

In pollen season, it's not acceptable ALL of the buckets in the gas station to not have liquid for washing the windshield. There is no paper in the gas station either. The big guy on the cash register(08/09/24 around 6PM) never greeting the customers.

Stop asking gray haired men for ID. Be nice to go to the store and if you forget your ID, to still get the service I want. Clearly I’m over 21.
