Food 1/4 pounders were hot and good, but salty. Fries were limpy and not crispy. We were there before lunch rush, so busy is not an excuse. Had to wait for food after ordering on kiosk. Waited about 7 min for food in a bag for eat in. Usually love MDs fries but not today.

The gentleman who gave me my food was very polite. The lady dressed like the manager is a different story but I guess you get what you get at McDonald's

Haven 't had many issues here til today. I was eating some fries when I notice something dark in the fries. Thought it was a burnt end to a fry and I was about to toss it in trash when I noticed it was a fried bug. I called to let them know, when a lady responded, well, whatchuuu want me do bout it . I said, excuse me, we 'll what would you do in this situation. She wasn 't responding when a assistant manager took the phone and apologized because she heard the employee saying that. All she had to say was thank you for letting me know.... luckily my phone records phone calls! Hope someone will reach out and discuss employee follow up and the sitaution....

Is very dirty and the personal of the kitchen is an disgust, disrespectful and arrogant, very bad experience, I will definitely never return.

The ladie name at the cashier register was doing her job very well and very attentive to customer after dealing with thousands of cars and long lines of customer. The only problem it was a ladie giving a bad attitude. I won’t take her credit away and we will give you the benefit of doubt. She prolly was having one of those days and it’s understandable. Other than that, very good customer services and good food. Fast.
