Chick-fil-a - Mechanicsville

This was our first time eating at this particular Chick-fil-A. I ordered my wife's food and then mine. I said I want a number 2 not spicy. I'm sitting down eating and the chicken tastes different it was kind of spicy. I looked at my receipt and it said spicy plus it was greasy my sandwich started falling apart when I was eating it. I was going to go back to the counter and say something but my wife is like forget you already started eating it. I can see if it was lettuce, tomatoes or cheese that was wrong I could just remove them but the chicken you just can't remove that if it's wrong.

The food was cold and oldThe drink was disgustingThe staff didn’t care and couldn’t be bothered to fix it, definitely one of the worst chick fil a experiences I’ve ever had, be better off eating absolutely anywhere

They just got updated/renovated and the mobile order lane was great!! We were in an out and everything is ALWAYS perfect with our orders here!!Kid-friendliness: They have the cutest kids meals and the cows are perfect for kids!!Wheelchair accessibility: Great wheelchair parking and accessibility

Had a hole in my milkshake but it l everything was else was great

Showed up at 10:45 and asked when they served lunch. Rudely responded 11 and walked off. I appreciate being told what time, but could have not just walked off. I waited 10 mins and no one came back, it was obvious they were switching over to lunch and did not want to serve remaining breakfast hours. Also have your hours posted on the door. Generic hours may differ from store is frustrating on your website.
