Buffalo Wild Wings - Mechanicsville

I don't usually do this, but I'm trying to support my best. tonight I ordered to go, I checked my food on the wings and thought they were in mild sauce. After I came home, I realized they weren't. I contacted the establishment and was told that the person who packed my food made it right and they may have changed the recipe for the mild. I further explained that I received a cup mild and they were two different colors in the picture below. very disappointing.

First order of buffalo wild wings. I had no mild sauce. I asked to be on the side. it wasn't on the side. over price. then add them in delivery, over price. 41 total for 6 wings, 6 boneless, fries and a 20oz drink. no plastic cutlery that knows the order goes to someone in the hotel.

Buffalo wild wing on mechanikville has the worst operation on the run. 1.5 hours to get the wrong food out and then we thought we were waiting for another command. If I could leave a minus 5 stars, I would never get my business again.

If only I could pick up my food when it's done. Why do I always have to wait at least 10 minutes ahead before someone even noticed f items? oh cool despite my order saying that it is ready 15 minutes ago not ready

Got here and waited 10 minutes to be seated. Several workers standing around deciding who cleans our table. Sat down and our waiter, Megan, brought us our drinks. Never saw her again. Our food took over an hour to come out was brought by someone else. When eating our wings they were COLD they forgot a flavor of them. We got the BOGO 15 so we should’ve gotten 30 with 6 different flavors only got 4 that we ordered. Tried to ask about the other flavor or what happened but Megan is still nowhere to be found!!! Also when served our food we didn’t get any utensils or napkins. the grossest part was while eating the table behind us threw a dirty napkin over to us. Luckily it landed in the seat and not our food. I would’ve really snapped on everyone if after all this waiting disappointment in quality if that dirty napkin would’ve landed in the food. There should be no reason a napkin is flying over a booth! Also the fries were soaked in grease and overall the food environment and my waiter was very disappointing. Definitely not coming back to this location.
