Wendy's - Mechanicsburg

The participant was polite and responsive. our breakfast was hot and fresh. all tasted great.

Thanks for the Taco Salad without chili or taco chips. Called back and no one answers even though you are there. Forgot my drink too except that was more obvious so I got it. Wait time was longer than normal too. I suppose the “Hot Fries” are ok. Take your time and recheck before you hand it out. We understand patience is required. Friday 745 PM

My experience at this Wendy's was terrible. We waited in line for 20 minutes just to order, and when we finally received our food, the burger and bun were extremely hard. The Son of a Baconator was a disappointment. We also had to drink our Frostys because they were too soupy. It was a complete waste of money.

I always find this Wendy's location to be quiet, but the food is always fresh which I appreciate. They have never gotten my order wrong and the staff is usually friendly and efficient.

This place is a disaster. They placed a curbside order, only to wait 20 minutes and then discover that their order was mistakenly given to someone else. The staff showed no concern whatsoever.
