Przekaż informację zwrotnąI have not been to a Subway in years, but recently decided to go with a coworker who had coupons. Unfortunately, the first location was closed, so we tried another one. However, our experience went downhill from there. They did not accept the coupons, were out of pizza, and charged me $9 for a sandwich with only cheese. When I asked about the price, I was told there was an extra charge for additional cheese. Meanwhile, my coworker paid the same amount for a sandwich with every kind of meat and vegetable. I was very disappointed with the experience.
I was disappointed with this restaurant. They didn't inform me when they were out of certain items, so I went through the whole ordering process only to find out at the end that I couldn't get everything. Additionally, they didn't even listen when I specified the size of my sub twice.
I tried ordering food from this location for the first time, and they provided the same great service that you would expect from any Subway.
Giving it a 3 star for a painfully slow service. Staff were friendly and did good job with subs. I recommend this subway just make sure you are not short on time. FYI- subs are made much better in person than using the app. I have done online order atthis store. Subs were sloppy and they didn't follow instructions. So, I have switched to 2nd best option of just going in therestaurant and ordering in person.
My worst experience at this restaurant was with the service. It was really bad and the staff had a poor understanding. They also did not speak English very well. I hope they improve the service at this place.
